Welcome! I'm JILL FEMIANO. I was born in New York. Long Island, to be exact. I don’t remember NY too much, as we moved to Phoenix, AZ, when I was in grade school. So, I guess I’m a native?

I met my husband Tony when I was 18; he was fresh out of the Marine Corp. We got married very soon after and have been married for over 30 years. Like a lot of women, I wanted to be married and stay at home with my child. We had our son Jon, and I was blessed to be able to do just that. School, PTO, hockey, homework, and friends. I wouldn’t change a thing.

When Jon was a freshman in college, my time as a “stay-at-home hockey mom” was over. What the hell was I going to do now? Real estate seemed interesting, so I jumped in with both feet and became a realtor. I am now an Arizona Realtor, and I partner with the Fabulous Mark Mahan.

I enjoy all the things Arizona has to offer. Hiking, boating, travel, sports, restaurants, and so many events and charity functions. Arizona offers something for everyone. Not to mention real estate is beyond gorgeous. So many options throughout our state. 

 

As I approached 50, in the middle of a global pandemic, I wanted something more. So, in the throes of creating a new website, I ended up creating so much more. I was born with the gift of gab and the need for knowledge and information. I get teased a lot about the random information I have stored away in my brain.

 

This is how JS POSH LIVING came to fruition.
